i broke open this stop watch now idk what to do with it

i have no experience with electronics so i came here to see what i should or could do with it

the model is a kadio kd-6128

you should be able to see the insides with the picture i included

Very hard to see anything with those photos.

For starters, it's not good practice to have bright light sources in the shot - such as windows (during daytime) and reflections of such. Have any lighting behind you. 

Second, either you have:
 - focus set incorrectly
 - there was movement during the exposure
 - contamination on the lens
 - the quality of the camera is poor
or a combination of these.

It does look like you have easy access to connections and buttons, so it might be quite easy to repurpose.

Presuming it still works, you could try adapting it to any number of timing projects.

A run timer for Hot Wheels time trials for example - or a lap timer.  You would need to work out a means of automatically triggering start and finish - perhaps with some custom electronics (which needn't be too fancy).

Anyone else have some suggestions?

Does it have a speaker (looks like one on the back), and what stop watch event triggers the speaker sound? You can sense the driving signal to the speaker and with a bit more electronics you can trigger a relay or other event. I don't know what your skill level is though.
