cannot find this datasheets

hello everybody

I openen up my old cd player (SilverCrest Portable MP3/CD player model number KH2278) and found some IC's there.
2 of them are the A2364L and the gdt1668co and the problem is I cannot find the datasheets.
Because of a school project I need to explain the components of this cd player (how they work and what they do...) and that's why I need those datasheet because I really don't have a clue what they do.

Is the A2364L an opamp? What sort of package is it? The best I cud find is u.r.l'ed below.....

A bit stupid of me that I didn't find the first one. I only searched the internet with the 'co' after it and that does not give a result.
I think it is a flat package but I'm not sure.
There's a picture of the chip in attachments, also I do not recognise the logo but you can see it in the picture.
