Hi guys, i have a silly question
can you explain the connection on the node before C11 ( what is connected to what ?)

Shows a separation of the two parts, screening can basically.

so C9 & C10 are connected to that node ? what about that short circuit to the ground ?

As I read this, it is a connector, just like input and output. Connector shield goes to ground and is decoupled to +9 by C9 and C10, but not to C11.

You wouldn't need (or want) a connector in that position.
It's a cheap FM bug design, you would have a two part screening can (really...?) to prevent feedback/noise/etc.. from the amplifier hitting the modulator/osc.
