accuracy of delay measurement on the scope

I am trying to figure out the accuracy of delay measurement between two channels (two pulses). I have MSOX 6000. On the datasheet I can only see things related to horizontal system and cursors, does it also apply to delay measurement ?

From datasheet:
Time base accuracy: ± 1.6 ppm + aging factor (1 year: ± 0.5 ppm, 2 years: ± 0.7 ppm, 5 years: ± 1.5 ppm, 10 years: ± 2.0 ppm)
Δ time accuracy (using cursors):
- Same channel: ± (time base accuracy x reading) ± (0.0016 x screen width) ± 10 ps
- Channel-to-channel: ± (time base accuracy x reading) ± (0.0016 x screen width) ± 15 ps

So I am looking lets say on 10ns/div to a delay of 20ns between two channels. Time base accuracy is something like ±2ppm. So is the accuracy?= ±(2ppm x 20ns?) ±(0.0016 x 200ns?) ± 15ps ?
