additional filtering on dps5015, how and why

(1/1)

lyma:
i bought this converter (DPS5015) so that i could power a few laptops from a 24V battery.
People keep telling me that the output risks damaging those delicate equipment.
i am not familiar with details like peak rms noise and ripple, so i can't really interpret the measures available publicly, and i am looking for constructive and educated advices.
are there simple steps (soldering) that i can take to improve the output ?

Zero999:
I don't see why it would be a problem. If you're paranoid, add extra fusing and over-voltage protection to the output.
