i looked everywhere....
according to the photo it's exactly that.

If you had uploaded a photo, I would have immediately recognised the manufacturer as Monolithic Power (because of the horizontal line).

Also, it helps to see a photo of the surrounding components, plus a photo of the whole PCB, to get an idea of the part's function.
