Looks like a good and very usable basic 4000 count meter.
Depends entirely on what price you get it, and what your needs are.

Thank you Dave for the rapid response. The electronics is a hobby for me. I like Fluke but is very expensive in my country and I think that I will never use all his functions.
I was looking too for Amprobe 37XR-A, but the capacitance range is short. What do you think about my options?. 34XR or 37XR(more expensive)? ??? .Thanks and regards

Pablo

The 37XR has a more useful cap range than the 34XR, its goes down to 40nF range, two ranges lower than the 34XR at 4uF.
Unless you are into measuring really big cap values that is.

The 37XR has inductance vs the temperature on the 34XR, your choice which is more important to you. Temp is pretty darn useful for all sorts of things.

The 37XR is of course 10000 count and better accuracy, 0.1% vs 0.5%, that's why you pay more.

But the 34XR looks like a very useful and good meter that will serve you well I'm sure. I don't think you can go wrong with it.

If your budget is very limited though, Amprobe are not the cheapest on the market, they are actually owned by Fluke after all. But you do get what you pay for.
