Ancient transistor replacement?
« on: March 16, 2012, 12:43:23 am »
I am rebuilding the power supply on a small dc/dc converter. I want to replace the transistors.

The part number from the mid-1980's was QF2014 (also QB2014).

A search of the web and call to the local electronic supply house (who checked books from the 80's) turned up nothing.

Anybody got a lead on where to check before I just replace them with generics?

Thanks!

For your TI-59?. TI used to make TO92 plastic transistors by the million. They are probably internal part numbers.
