can xgecu t56 program C1765ELS08C Xilinx IC PROM 3.3V 8-SOIC

Theres an original roman jones programmer that can do that but I have an xgecu t56 heres the original; http://www.roman-jones.com/SPROMProgrammer.htm. are there any compatible chips? The t56 is made by the maker of those tl866. Xilinix is not on the list but I wonder if there is a compatible algo.
