Fuse symbol thinging?

What the heck is this fuse symbol on the left, anything special about this fuse too? Fuse is from the secondary side of a transformer from a Milwaukee M12 charger.

Manufacturer logo.  I don't recognize it.  Probably Chinese.

when you will be  inserting   new fuse , you must see what type  (if this fuse is at primary side  it's time-lag) .
