Atmel Studio 7 ATTIny84 ISP programming error

good day everyone!

I'm currently tring to programm a fabric new ATTINY84 but it won't respond. As I have 2 of them and both don't work i guess there is somekind of an error in my settings as i can programm an Arduino Nano over the same programmer without any problems.

Extern Tool settings:
Titile: USBasp
command: D:\Downloads\avrdude-6.3-mingw32\avrdude.exe
arguments: -c usbasp -p t84 -P usb -U flash:w:"$(OutDir)Debug\$(TargetName).hex"
initial directory: $(ProjectDir)

as seen in the attachment the USBasp creates the clk signal and also sends out the MOSI however the only signal i get on the MISO line is noise from the clk I guess.

As my teacher suggested i also tried a manual eset before i program but i get the same results again with both of them.
