Hello, I am trying to understand how a bipolar transistor works. In this document (http://www.idea2ic.com/PlayWithSpice/pdf/G%20U%20M%20M%20E%20L%20-%20P%20O%20O%20N.pdf) on page 6, there are 3 parameters q1s, q2s and NqB. I cannot understand how NqB turns out. Can anyone explain how it is output? Thanks in advance.
