selecting a switchmode IC based on pinout?
« on: January 27, 2022, 03:07:58 am »
i'm looking for websites i can put pin numbers/configurations into to find a compatible switchmode chip; original DIP-8 IC has no part code.

Pins 7/8 are commoned and are connected to the rectified mains via the primary winding. Pin 1 comes from rectified mains via a 3.3MegOhm resistor. pin 3 is GND. pin 4 N/C. etc. need to investigate the board again tomorrow...

I used this

May be outdated, but so do most of the PWM chips
