What would be good books to learn about high frequency PCB design? Or an advanced book about PCB design and layout? Or any other source or reference? Not super super high but say 100MHz

Howard Johnson's books are the first to come to mind - "High Speed Digital Design: A Handbook of Black Magic" and "High Speed Signal Propagation: Advanced Black Magic".

ON Semiconductor "MECL System Design Handbook", chapters 3 and 7. No longer available on www.onsemi.com (http://www.onsemi.com), but can be downloaded for free here:

I do think the first one: "High Speed Digital Design: A Handbook of Black Magic" is quite good. But it is a bit old, nevertheless there is much to learn from the basic principles. I also bought the second one "High Speed Signal Propagation: Advanced Black Magic" But to me it didn't add much. Missing practical guidelines and full of arrogant consultant humor.
Another nicer book to learn these things is "Signal and Power Integrity-SIMPLIFIED" by Eric Bogatin.
