I think it's perfectly normal for people anywhere to have difficulty understanding thick accents, some more difficult than others. I have trouble understanding what he's saying too, it isn't an insult, I don't blame him for it, English is a difficult language and even native speakers have difficulty with some of its quirks. I'm quite certain he speaks my language much better than I speak his, but that doesn't make it any less difficult to me.

I knew this discussion would be mentioning that video by the Czech guy with the Indian-sounding accent without even looking at the previous page. :D

It takes a bit of getting used to, but I can watch him at 2x speed now. You just have to watch enough of his videos.

I listened carefully and his pronunciation made it almost impossible to understand.  Granted, my hearing isn't the best, but I could only make out occasional words.

Yep, that's what I found too. I am used to it now and when he does the cheap USB chargers teardowns no-one can pronounce them "Super-Dodgy" quite like he does. Did you see what I did there. I'm not ashamed of dropping bad puns.

He has, to get back on topic, just released another video where he modified his earlier MOT design.
