getting the old part - LAS3700

Hi,

i'm fixing the Lambda LQD-422 power supply and the regulator is dead. i'm having a hard time to fix the replacement parts with is LAS3700. can anyone knows there i can get this part from?

i include the datasheet of the power supply (the part is mark as IC401 or IC101 since it's dual supply)
