Button identification?
(1/1)
makerimages:
Hi all,
If you happen to be familiar with lighting consoles, you sure have seen these switches, which most of the controllers use. They look the same - a LED on the top, and a raised piece down below. Pushbuttons. Who makes them and where could I buy these buttons?

Omron B3J or other hinged tact switch
Available at your friendly electronics distributor

The Omron is real close. We used to use these on a product and I "thought" they were Carling switches but I'm not seeing them making these now at least. 25 years ago so brain might have faded.
E-Switch might have been it. From Digikey.

The original were German from ITT-Schadow and called "digitast". It seems they've been taken over by C&K.
Search for "C&K digitast".
