Can someone help me to find best suitable alternate MOSFET
RUM001L02T2CL (N Channel) datasheet attached
RZM001P02T2L (P Channel) datasheet attached
These ones are only available in very small package SOT-723 but i need SOT-23
simple requirements are 3.3v 200mA lowest Q current
I tried finding on digikey but it does not show alternate for this item.

What are they being used for? Depending on use putting the salient characteristics into a distributors parametric search will find you alternatives. Gone are the days of reference books with equivalents and with so many out there something must be a fit.

For RUM001L02T2CL ; took Vdss 20V / 30V and Id up to 500mA, all SOT-23 packages): (long link!)

that's good approach, if i know the parameters i can find best suitable myself, and it will help me in future as well.
I want to use it for logic level signals, it will be running on battery and i have to take care of lowest currently consumption
only one MOSFET of them i want to use for powering on ESP8266 (it takes 200mA on avg. and peek current spikes @ 500mA)
What else are the parameters I should take care to keep current consumption lowest even while idle. (for both MOSFETs logic level, and powering ESP)

Just guessing out loud... Would AO3400 and AO3401 work for you? They are rated 30v, 2.5v gate, and well over 1A.
