I found a thread of someone retrofitting a CNC with a similar switch and it turns out that the circuit is the same as yours and the resistor has a very close value of 220 Ohms. https://www.cnczone.com/forums/want-to-buy-need-help-/147799-cnc.html hope this helps |

Yup, that will be the same switch. They use it on all prototrak machines. |
