can you identify the component?

Try as I might, I cant Identify this little sucker. No datasheet, nothing
So! Half my kingdom and my unborn daughter for the one who finds the datasheet / Information on this component  ;D

For some strange reason,Japanese manufacturers often leave the "2SC" part  off.
