For example put 60Hz AC (+0-

through brige rectifier or full wave rectifier so you get a 120 hz signal +0+0+0+

I don't get it. The sine wave you started with is already AC. Are you trying to double the frequency or something?

... put 60Hz AC through brige (sic) rectifier or full wave rectifier so you get a 120 hz signal.

Sure, you will get a 120 Hz signal, but it won't be a sine wave.  :)
I told my friends I could teach them to be funny, but they all just laughed at me.
