Title: Capacitor identification

Hi I got this burnt cap I can't find info about. Is it just an aluminum cap?

Edit: this is AC and there seems to be none available with these specs. Could it be a film capacitor?

It looks like a simple aluminum cap.

250V rating seems to be AC. Is it connected across mains voltage? IMHO using 0.1uF X2 safety film capacitor as replacement is appropriate.

Yes it's wired after the switch in an old power drill, I suppose for noise suppression from the motor.
I actually have an mp3-x2 0.1uF 275V, it should still be ok right?

^Yep, that's almost definitely some kind of metallized film capacitor from SCR in France (now Cefem Group).  If it's across mains AC, put an X2-rated film cap of similar rating in there and you'll be fine.  :-+
