I am routinely dealing with electric motors or other electrical installations that have some earth leakage and trip the RCD. In such cases, an insulation resistance tester is an invaluable tool.
I have a UNI T UT513, but it is quite a beast to haul around. So it would be nice to have a multimeter with an integrated insulation resistance tester.
But all such meters are made by Fluke, Gossen Metrawatt, Keysight, etc. Is there any cheaper meter available?
I am not interested in particularly high voltages, or measuring Polarization Index and such. A single resistance measurement as a pass/fail test is enough for my needs.

The cheapest option I could find was the UNI-T UT533 ~ €110 (or alternatively the UT505A)
A good quality "medium" option is the Brymen 878 ~ €260
