CHECKING A 6S BMS

Hello,a few months ago  repacked my clansman prc-320 rad battery with lion colbalt 18650 cells, left it on rx as a test, long story short tthe bms did not cut off so runed he cells,i have a new bms and set of cells,is there any way to test thee low voltage cut off?,all i have is two 0-30v lab psu's,i dont want to kill the new cells,cheers tony.

You can mimic cells with resistors.

what value resistors do i use?.

The value where voltage over single resistor is a bit under cut-off.
