Chip Identification for a Newbie

Hi, I am new to the forum, as well as new to the "modern day" electronics scene.  I am currently trying to repair 2 devices, however, not working with electronic circuits since 1988, I am having a very hard time recalling how to look up chip replacements and equivelents.  Would someone here be willing to take a look at three chips I need and tell me what the heck they cross reference with?  I have searched and googled for endless hours, but without the proper working knowledge of modern day chip markings I seem to be just spinning my wheels.
