Chip with "HGFP" marking

Hello
I'm trying to reverse engineer a voltage converter that is no longer available and I've come across this chip.  A SOT-23-5 package with a marking "HGFP". Has anyone seen this before? I a quick google search leads me to believe it's made by Microchip but I haven't confirmed it. Any help is appreciated!
