Commercial Advice on Import of Scientific Equipment - Cabling Standards

Hello,
As a total newbie i am unsure whether i can post this or whether it is in the right location.
Essentially i am seeking to obtain contact details of an engineer or engineering company that can assist with professional services/advice in relation to the requirements in Australia for equipment cabling (power) when items are imported for resale from overseas.
An example for us is the import of scientific equipment for sale, where equipment power leads require a new AU style plug, yet the lead itself has euro color codes (L=Black, N=Black, E=Green) or more frequently three phase where L1=Black, labeled L1, L2=Black, labeled L2 etc.
