Help identifying component

Hey folks i need some help. I need to replace this burnt up part but can't figure out the details of it and was hoping some pros could help me out. Its a dvd drive pcb from an xbox 360 i'm trying to fix for my nephews.  Any help would be greatly appreciated this things been stumping me for months. It is a tantalum capacitor. Too small to see the value.

It looks like it says 106, which means it is a 10 uF capacitor, which would make sense there.

that looks like the input or capacitor of a linear regulator, both value and voltage rating should be uncritical. The marking is a bit irritating to me, but probably that is 100uF. But I would say, replace with a 100uF tantalum with voltage rating at least twice the output voltage of the power adapter.
