Component Identification

Can anyone confirm that this is a EEPROM component?

All the datasheets I have managed to find are for a Atmel 25128 SPI EEPROM so I believe it is but the first line....Atmel 424 is throwing me off?

Sorry if anything is wrong with the post, it's my first, I'll learn.

Yes, it is AT25128W SPI serial EEPROM.

The 424 in first line is date code in YWW format.
