Component Unknown
« on: December 10, 2024, 01:02:41 pm »
Hello friends, I ask for your help to find out which component this is: SOT23-6 with reference "GbHAD". This component belongs to a board from a WiFi surveillance camera that is burned out and I removed it from the board, it seems to me that it is responsible for controlling the 5v motors of the lenses. The machine is powered by 12VDC, I've done a lot of research on the internet and never found the component, as I usually see in Reviews on this channel, I made a point of asking the question here. Thank you very much

Are you sure it's a lowercase b? Because GB*** (with uppercase B) is RY8310.

SY8876DFC is Gb*** (lowercase b) but in the wrong package. I suspect manufacturer may be Silergy.

Thank you amyk , yes that is what is written on the component, but the RY8310 makes more sense than the SY8876, because in the SY8876 the Vin voltages are limited between 2.7V and 6.5V when the Vin is 12V.

Hi!

May be this is AP5724WUG-7 white led driver. There should be an inductor nearby.
Unfortunately the photo is very bad.
