Computer speaker output control in win10 ?

This weekend I've noticed that youtube video's are way too quiet compared to the max speaker volume (I only have an alarm clock radio w/ a single speaker ATM)

So in windows 10, an alert notification, is pretty loud, but in youtube, with the volume slider at max, in this video any way, it's not loud enough.

So how do I take control of win10, and make that firefox/output volume...LOUDER ? What program can I use or what script can I write in a BASH terminal, or what autoexec.bat and config.sys file can I write like the old days....to make the output volume of firefox.utube louder ?

I could press some buttons on the alarm clock radio to increase volume, but it's way too dark for that, and I don't have a convient light source on hand

In the video window there is a volume control, and in the audio box in the taskbar you can select properties, and then the volume of each separate input as well, and change them to the desired level.

You can install an equalizer app that will let you increase the volume.

Most let you increase the gain by at least +12dB.

But an "11" knob would be funny, along with Dobly instead Dolby.

Almost every control in my car goes to 11.
