I am new to this forum but have looked around quite a bit and it looks like a great place to hang out. In this particular post, I am looking for help on ID'ing a connector. It is an auxiliary power input for a General Radio 1551-C sound level meter. Dimensions are 1" x 3/4", 6 blade. I am looking for the male counterpart. |

Looks very much like a 6-pin Cinch-Jones plug. https://www.ebay.com/itm/400969953055 https://www.ebay.com/itm/150991620528 |

Thanks, looks like a match. Much easier to find now knowing the name. I would like to power the 1551C externally. It is normally battery operated but, it requires a 67.5 NEDA 200 (Everready 467) battery. GenRad made an external supply (1262B) but they do not show up very often. |

Thanks again. Perfect match. |

I wonder what model is that microphone? It is some vintage Shure model. The trademark is from the 1930s. http://www.shure.com/americas/support/find-an-answer/history-of-circle-s-shure-logo |
