Electronic ballast for fluorescent tubes 8 - 144W | Need Help

Hello Friends,

I was trying to build this Electronic ballast for fluorescent tubes 8 - 144W circuit but could not able to get to it. I am not sure what type of capacitor  I have to use. What IC I need to have and the transformer. |O

Please Guide me.

Post the details of the ballast so we don't have to guess.

It's a 144-watt total output CFL connected with AC input supply 250v 50KHZ
