Yes, 10W transformers will be
easily big enough. They don't necessarily need to be the same, the second one could be lower wattage if you want. When you rectify the output, the capacitor will charge to peak AC (around 320V for 230V RMS) but as you are using a small value capacitor this will droop a bit under load so should be ok.
Please be very careful with your wiring and insulation. Remember that even isolated, the output of the second transformer is still enough to kill you if you touch both leads, just like mains, your transformers are only isolating it from earth. If you are unsure about your capability then don't go ahead. Have a second person in the room so they can kill the power if you get into trouble. Also keep one hand in your pocket when it is powered to prevent a shock between your hands and through your heart.
