Stiebel Etron DHM 6 poor water output temperature

Can anyone give me some advice with the compact Stiebel Etron DHM 6 (mini water heater) which has outputtting poor water temperature. There appears to be no external or internal adjustment pot. I have also just the replaced the heater same fault...... . Help please.
