BSIDE ERS2
« on: April 09, 2023, 09:17:00 pm »
Sorry my previous post on this was vague. I'm trying to test some caps on the PCB board of an Onkyo NX SR626 Receiver/ Amp. This is the HDMI board and the first failure point for loss of Signal(s) Out. It is typically either the DTS chip or slightly more often and fortunate, one of the 8 caps: one larger M3P 470SP 6v, or one or more of the seven : MT 220 4v, M2 100 6v, or L4 47 16v. Board reverse has L4 47 16v and MT 220 4v (one each). I want to test each of these caps without removing them? Meters measuring electronics are not my strong house...to say the least.  I can't understand how to do this with the BSIDE ERS02 Pro... thanks for the beginners lesson:)

Thanks for the replies. Sent mine back for refund and ordered a MESR 100.
Had to be broken as the process path was not operating.  Thanks
