New project idea.

Hi everyone!  I'm glad to have found this group and am hoping that someone here can help me out.

I have an idea for a project that I want to build, but I have VERY limited electronic Engineering skills, and I can read/draw schematics.  Where is the correct/proper place to ask for assistance with the Engineering aspect(s) of the project?
