designing a 1:1 isolation transformer

i want to make a 1:1 transformer, i have a 4250nH core, how many turns of wire will i need at approximately 50KHz?

What are you isolating?  Does it carry DC?  Sine, square, ... waveform?

How big is the core (l_e, A_e, A_w)?  How much loss does the material have at that frequency?

http://www.rapidonline.com/Electronic-Components/4250nH-MagDev-RM10-F48-Ferrite-Core-67-1025 this core and it will be a 12v square wave with no dc component
