| Desktop PnP machine - vac settings |
| (1/1) |
| pete_flex:
Hi, Can any users comment on how easy it is to dial in settings for desktop PnP machines? The settings that I'd be most interested in would be the vac %, head travel speed & placement speeds, vac hold times this would be to try & get settings for more fragile components I guess it's down the built in software & how easy it is to navigate to these settings & make changes. Any input wold be great Thanks |

Depends vastly on the type of pick and place you mean. Do you have some desktop units in mind ? Head over to the assembly section, there are a lot of great threads about pnps. Read them, and you will already be a lot wiser. |

I've emailed SmallSMT. Just waiting to hear back. Im in the UK so a company who have a contact in germany that looks after Europe would be good. Read some pages on the NeoDen units but unsure about the feeding problems. I'm sure all the benchtops have their issues & work arounds but I think it would be good to find one with decent software |
