Desolder SMD BA5984FP - Ic is glued on the board

Hi,

I have problems to remove the BA5984FP vom a pcb. I can use a tweezer or the hot air gun, but the ic is fixed by a very hard to remove glue, mostly I removed the IC the glue destroys the pins on the boad. If this f... glue would not be there It will be easy to do.

Can you tell a newby what to do? or what to use to solve this probs.?

Most glues can be softened with hot air.
The way I'd do it is to unsolder the pins with braid, use a knife to ensure all pins are  completely free, then heat gently for a while (lower then desolder temperature) while lifting the IC body with a knife.
