6A might also work but without knowing the spec of the cell it's a bit risky and may cause damage if the cell isn't rated for it.
Even cells that are rated for 1C charge are slowly damaged by it and last longer if you charge them slower.
Are you sure it's using 2170 cells, 15A discharge seems odd for a 2170 cell and even more odd for 2 in parallel, sounds more like 18650 cells
