ESR Meter

Hi,
I designed my first PCB inferring from Alan Wolke ESR METER schematic but mine is not working, I haven't an oscilloscope to measure the waveforms output but at least I have a multimeter and I had checked the oscillator section works around 140 kHz. I know I made a mistake in my schematic but I fix it but still not working.

The DC Restore circuit will not work with the LM358.  The AD8032 was used because its input common-mode range extends below the negative supply (ground), and the output doesn't exhibit phase reversal when the input voltage differential gets large (in open loop operation).  There are likely other single supply rail-rail op amps that would work, but the LM358 isn't one of them.
