I have found that if I let the oscilloscope powered on for a few minutes, the offset between the trace and the CH1 mark is getting lower and lower. Is that normal ? |

Yes! All instruments have a "warm-up time", to become in the "normal conditions", where they are calibrated... You can find that information in the specifications section of the manual. |
