(1/2) > >>

FriedMule:
I have looked (still saving money for my first bye) on the different loads and stumbled on the KORAD KEL-103 - Programmable DC Electronic Load, 300 Watt, Low Ripple: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GVNQZQF/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_6?smid=AKJ57Q9VZBBO8&psc=1

Du you know anything about this electronic load?

FriedMule:
Found more info on Ali: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/KORAD-Professional-electrical-programming-Digital-Control-DC-Load-Electronic-Loads-Battery-Tester-Load-300W-120V-30A/32913653633.html?spm=2114.search0104.3.1.79d41d4bQq4sXI&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_4_10065_10068_319_317_10696_10084_453_454_10083_10618_10304_10307_10820_10821_538_537_10302_536_10059_10884_10887_100031_321_322_10103,searchweb201603_51,ppcSwitch_0&algo_expid=a5bc3ffe-0038-42b7-8e6c-f78512f86a6b-0&algo_pvid=a5bc3ffe-0038-42b7-8e6c-f78512f86a6b

I can not determine if this is bad, good or great data for a electronic load.

Interesting find. I also ran into this DC load on amazon today too. It looks like it may be based off the itech design, but I can't say for certain. The entire front panel looks completely different and the rear panel has usb and ethernet - not found on any other dc electronic load of this size. Ethernet is not present on the Bk precision, itech, mayuno, Applent, Array/Atten or Tonghui units. This is definitely an interesting unit. I wonder if anyone has one?
Here's the ebay listing from the same seller:

Some more info:
The Korad website seems to be down or gone, which does not instill confidence.

KEL-103 manual with specifications. The specs are very close to the BK 8601.
https://www.sra-shops.com/docs/srasolder/instructions/kel-103_user_manual.pdf

It looks like this KEL-103 is identical to the TENMA 72-13210 dc electronic load sold by farnell:
https://uk.farnell.com/tenma/72-13210/dc-electronic-load-prog-30a-120v/dp/2848407
https://www.farnell.com/datasheets/2602709.pdf

However, it looks like this is a very un-finished unit:
https://www.element14.com/community/thread/64903/l/need-windows-usb-driver-for-tenma-72-13210-electronic-dc-load-30a120v-300w

I would love to see a teardown of this unit regardless!

beltet:
Korad has good reputation on their lab power supplys. Good value.
I am looking at this as well. When I have the money I want to test this out.
