Does anyone have the schematics for this USB barcode scanner?

I have a CCD Barcode Scanner type: FG-8100, and I'm wondering if anyone can help me find the schematics for it?

It is a regular keyboard scanner inside, with a simple USB keyboard converter chip inside to make it appear as a keyboard when you plug it in. If you plug it in it appears as a second keyboard, and works as a number input device. To program it you need the program card from the manual that you scan and then it sets the scan mode, scan types accepted and character sets to use when outputting the numeric barcode data set.

I have 2 of them here by me, was thinking of sending one to the big pile on Dave's desk for a destructive teardown. One is a simple hand held keyboard wedge, the other is a proper handheld PC with a scan head running embedded DOS.

These are a few pounds on ebay brand new. Ok for small items but useless in a warehouse, the laser ones are much more capable and can be cheap second hand. Symbol and Intermec are probably best.
