Title: does anyone recognize the makers mark on this componant
Post by: EvilGeniusSkis on July 23, 2015, 06:06:57 pm
I salvaged a bunch of componants in this package from some old boards and am trying it identify the componants but google is proving useless as there are characters that i can't put into the search box. I figure if i can figure out who the manufacturer is that will help allot. I would also like to know what that type of package is called, I'm assuming it's TO-something.

Matsushita.

Try prefixing the part number with "2S" - Japanese transistors often omit this from their packaging.
