doubt abt SN65DSI86 bridge ic

I got this SN65DSI86 ic. Dont know how to program it. Texas provided me a tool to enter parameters of the source and the output (DSI tuner). When i entered the parameters, it gave me a text file with full of data to upload to ic via 12c lanes of the ic. But im figuring out how can i upload the program through it. there is no source on the web. I even tried in deep web. No results and i dont know what are the uses of these pins (marked inside the red box)
