Drawing a potentiostat circuit!
« on: November 29, 2019, 01:04:16 pm »
Hello everyone, I am new here!

I am doing an exercise for a course and I really need some input. I have to draw a potentiostat design, 3-electrode with op amps. No current should flow through the RE. For this, I have the following drawing for now, which I am attaching.

Please note I have VERY LITTLE knowledge on this topic, but I still need to understand the basics on how to draw this. Does the drawing look correct for the things I have written?

After that I will also have to add a battery to apply different voltages (Where can I put that in the circuit?) and then another op amp with a rotary switch to vary the gain. How to draw the switch? Is that just a lever that opens and closes the line? Where to put it??
Any advice?

I really want to make this kind of correct, but I also don´t have all the time that it would be needed to learn the whole topic properly. It is not really my field either so I don´t even need that. But I still have to solve this exercise. So I´d just need to be pointed towards the right direction to solve this quickly, understanding something, but also without the need to become an expert on how to draw potentiostat circuits :)

If anyone can offer a reply I will be very grateful!
H
