Hi
I like starting pcb design and Idont know what software is good for start ? why ?

DipTrace. Simple and easy to use but not many features are available. For hobbyist use its the best.

KiCAD, if you like free, open source and capable to work offline.

Any program is good to start. After a while you will find whats the best for you.
All famous EDA work similar, on all of them you have to learn their shortcuts.
I would suggest eagle because you can find a ton of examples, tutorials etc to understand how EDA works. After a couple of months check others and choose. The hard part is to learn how to layout a pcb, not to use the program.

I like that sort of thing - which is why I installed KiCAD on my computer.
From the time I started the download to viewing a 3D model of an astable multivibrator board using discrete components was something like 1 hour. First effort - and there's a lot that could be improved - but it would have worked.
