Title: EE40LX - Edx.org Electronic Interfaces course - Study group
Post by: MCRodrigues on January 06, 2015, 09:43:55 pm
Hello everyone, my first post on this forum!! 8)

Since I don't have anyone interested on electronics near me, i'm trying to get a study group for the course at Edx.org, EE40LX - Electronic Interfaces: Bridging the Physical and Digital Worlds. I would like to know if anyone is interested also in this course.

https://www.edx.org/course/electronic-interfaces-bridging-physical-uc-berkeleyx-ee40lx#.VKxSlSusVjY (https://www.edx.org/course/electronic-interfaces-bridging-physical-uc-berkeleyx-ee40lx#.VKxSlSusVjY)

Best regards!

Hi. I've also registered. In the past I've found edX often have forums that allow you to hook up with fellow students.  You might even find someone close to you...

Well when I made the UT6.01x Emdedded systems course I had a small workgroup at school. But now, with computer engineering bachelor almost made and getting ready for the internship, the group got faded away. Everyone else aren't interested on the topic anymore...  So i'm by myself now. Anyway, worth to try. :)

I've been checking the list of parts required of the course, and some of them are not available on mouser.com, specially the op amps. Do you know where i could get those components on Europe?

use www.octopart.com (http://www.octopart.com) they usually list EU suppliers, www.findchips.com (http://www.findchips.com) will list EU suppliers as well as far as I know

Find the MCP602 op-amp. You can use that too.
